Welcome to TrueUp Systems. By accessing our website (trueupsystems.com) or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Description of SMS Program and Use Cases
TrueUp Systems provides “Succession Architecture” for small business trades, including lead management and automation. Our SMS program is used to communicate with business owners who have opted-in via our website or contact forms to receive:
- Follow-up information regarding business valuations and risk audits.
- Lead automation snapshots and strategic consulting updates.
- Appointment reminders and direct responses to inbound inquiries.
- Project status notifications and “Succession Roadmap” alerts.
2. Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Disclosures for Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and project status. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. TrueUp Systems and mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.
6. Age Restriction (18+)
By using our services and providing consent for communications, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to use the TrueUp Systems SMS service.
